Career Niketan charges service fees for counseling, documentation assistance, and admission processing.
- Consultancy/service fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Government/University application fees are strictly non-refundable as per respective institutional policies.
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email with proper payment proof.
Career Niketan reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
